We ship to Colombia and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- Colombia: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 15 to 30 business days
Times may vary depending on supplier availability and the destination country's customs. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The reason is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect shipment.
To initiate a return, email us at our contact address with your order number and a description of the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Contact us before sending any product back.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a reshipment or refund at no additional cost.
